It’s difficult to describe depression to someone who’s never been there, because it’s not sadness. I know sadness. Sadness is to cry and to feel. But it’s that cold absence of feeling – that really hollowed out feeling.
I’m such a shit fucking person, everyone who has left I’m glad for them. They don’t need me in their life, I’m such a shit fucking person and I can’t get back to who I was. Even if I got better I don’t think I’d be the same anyway.
